Simply outstanding! The sales staff, James and Kimberly were extremely friendly and informative. The owner, Steve came out and made sure that certain areas were properly reinforced. What company owner does that? He assisted with the removal of our old counter tops. The installation guys came in the next day and did an amazing job. They were very professional and courteous. A small problem arose with the granite and they worked hard to correct it to my satisfaction. Our experience was great. We’ very already recommended Legends Granite to friends who are considering replacing their old countertops. The price was less than we anticipated, by the way.

Ours was a grand scale project. We replaced every counter [kitchen, bathrooms, bar] in our 7000 SF Black Forest home. Tom Pettit at Legends came to our home, gave us ideas, scouted his own inventory, and, when necessary, sent us on missions to find just what we wanted. He attended to every detail, concerned about how our selections would work with our plumbing fixtures, tile, decor and cabinetry. Then, once we found the 6 perfect slabs, he made sure existing moldings and rock walls and window sills would dovetail just right. Tom had me come out to the yard before the slabs were fabricated, showed me how the granite should flow and be pieced, and together we laid them out “just so” using the templates Legends had created. He is both artist and engineer, and a man who genuinely cares for his customers as though they were family. Trust me: this is where you go for full-service, honest, caring, top quality service.

In 2010, we remodeled our main bath, and Legends Granite did the marble countertop, including installing the two sinks. Although they did an excellent job installing, we recently dropped a spray can into a sink cracking it. I ordered a new sink, and called Legends to install it. Their two installers, Eric and Wade, installed the new sink in about 30 minutes, and it looks wonderful. Best yet, they didn’t charge since they had done the original install 8 years before. Legends KNOWS customer service!
